1. Operator and scope
This website presents the Mante brand and its products. The website operator is Primavet Kft. (registered office: 7100 Szekszárd, Rákóczi u. 142–146., Hungary; company registration number: 17-09-011013; group VAT number: 17784533-5-17; contact: info@primavet.hu). These Terms govern use of the Mante brand website, not purchases from Primavet Kft. under its separate commercial terms.
2. Informational nature; no online sales
The website provides information about Mante, its products and where they may be purchased. It does not provide an online checkout or conclude sales contracts with visitors. Any purchase from an independent retailer is governed by that retailer’s own terms, pricing, availability, delivery and consumer-information arrangements.
3. Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, feeding guidance and other information accurate and up to date. Packaging, formulations and availability may change. Before use, please consult the label on the actual product, including its composition, instructions and any warnings. Website information is not a substitute for individual veterinary advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Acceptable use
Visitors may access and use the website for lawful, personal and informational purposes. Visitors must not interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that infringes others’ rights. Automated extraction or reuse of substantial website content requires appropriate permission where applicable law so provides.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, Mante names, logos, designs, photographs, illustrations, texts and other website materials are owned by the operator or used with permission from their respective rights holders. Browsing the website does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse requires prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.
6. Reviews and photographs sent by email
Visitors may voluntarily send reviews and photographs to customer service by email. Submission alone does not mean that content will be published. Before publication, we request separate written permission by email covering the specific review and, where relevant, photographs. Publication is carried out by our staff through an internal administration interface. We may decline publication or remove material for legitimate reasons, including unlawful, misleading, offensive or third-party-infringing content. Contributors should send only content they are entitled to share and should obtain any necessary permission from identifiable persons depicted. Any permission to use content beyond the Mante website (for example in advertising or on social media) must be addressed separately. Personal-data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. External retailers and links
The “Where to Buy” section may contain links to third-party stores and websites. These services are operated independently; their content, offers and data practices are governed by their own policies. We do not control third-party sites and cannot guarantee their availability or the accuracy of their offers. This does not affect any responsibility imposed on us by mandatory law.
8. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or remove content or features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or harm to life, body or health where applicable.

10. Amendments
We may revise these Terms when the website, its features or applicable requirements change. The current version will be made available on the website together with its effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that visitors have under mandatory law.
11. Governing law and contact
